1. Log into your Plesk control panel
  2. Go to the "Databases" menu item on the left hand side



  3. Click on "User Management" located on the right hand side of the screen

  4. Click "Add Database User"

  5. Give the user a username and a secure password
  6. Select which database to give the user access to
  7. Press "OK"
