- Log into your Cybrancee client area
- Click on the "Tickets" option
- Click on "Submit Ticket"
- Select the department you wish to create a ticket for
- Select the service the ticket relates to
- Select the urgency of the ticket
- Fill in the subject line of the ticket and also the description. An example ticket has been created below:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter in the captcha and press "Submit"
