Why was my Free Web Hosting order rejected?

Cybrancee offers a versatile Free Web Hosting product to the public, and whilst our ambition is to provide this service to as many people as possible, we do need to enforce rules.

So that the product can be enjoyed by all that wish to use it, we conduct manual and automatic checks against every single Free Web Hosting order. The purpose of these checks are to ensure that we filter out as many risks as possible that would affect our existing users. We also need to conduct these checks for security, legal and compliance purposes.

If your Free Web Hosting order was rejected, we first suggest that you check your order was in compliance with our Terms of Service. The details can be found here: https://cybrancee.com/terms.php#terms-25

The most common reasons for orders being rejected are:

  • Using a temporary email address
  • Using fake details upon account registration
  • Choosing a domain that can be deemed misleading, malicious or spam
  • Ordering multiple Free Web Hosting products
  • Using a VPN or Proxy
  • Submitting multiple tickets requesting the order to be accepted faster

It is important to note, that after the acceptance of a Free Web Hosting order, if our team identify anything of suspicion, or if your account breaches parts of our Terms of Service, we may suspend your account. Terminations of suspended accounts happen 14 days or later from the suspension date.

What if my order was legitimate and doesn’t breach any rules?

On occasion, either our automated or manual audits can make a mistake. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure our checks are 100% accurate, it can happen. If this does happen to you, please simply raise a ticket in your client area letting us know. Our team will respond as soon as possible and get your order processed.
