Discord Bot is Running, But Doesn’t Show as Online on Pterodactyl

Use this article if you have got a Discord bot running perfectly fine, but Pterodactyl still thinks it’s starting.

Pterodactyl uses an text output to know if your bot has started or not, and this is what changes the amber dot to a green dot.

We have preconfigured Pterodactyl to look for the most common outputs, and for your bot to show as online within Pterodactyl, you need to output at least one of these from the below:

“Bot Online”,
“Running”,
“Active”,
“Active!”,
“Bot Active”,
“Bot Active!”,
“Bot Running”,
“Bot Running!”,
“Ready”,
“Ready!”,
“Bot Ready”,
“Bot Ready!”,
“Logged in”,
“Logged in!”,
“The bot is online!”
