How to Use Cybrancee AI Instant Support in Discord

To help get answers to our customers faster, we released an AI Instant Support bot within our Discord community.

The AI Instant Support bot is a new feature which does NOT replace our fully functional customer support team – this is simply to help you get an answer before needing to raise a ticket. In many cases, our AI Instant Support bot will have the answer you’re looking for.

As the bot is powered by AI, you will need to give as much detail about your question or issue as possible – this helps the bot obtain the right answer for you.

It is important to note, all answers generated by the AI Instant Support bot are not certified as correct, and it may provide some wrong information. Do take this into account when interacting with it.

1) To access our AI Instant Support bot, you will first need to have joined our Cybrancee Community Discord Server. You can join via the following link: https://cybrancee.com/discord

2) After you have joined the server and verified your account, look for a channel on the left titled “ai-instant-support”. Click into the channel.

3) Simply type into the channel your question, and be sure to include as much information as possible. The more information you provide, the more accurate the response will be. Below is an example of a good question to ask:

“My Minecraft server running Forge on MC 1.12.2 is getting the following error when I start my server: cannot find server.jar”

The response from the bot will appear as below:

If you submit a vague question or ask for something without enough information, the bot will ask you for more information. An example of this is below:

4) If you found the response to be helpful, give it a thumbs up, and if not, give it a thumbs down. Our team analyses the feedback daily to ensure we are providing the best responses possible.

If you find any bugs or if you feel as though it is providing invalid information, please let us know!

If you can’t get the answer you’re looking for from the bot, and if our knowledge base also doesn’t help, we would absolutely love to help you, so do get in touch via a ticket.
