Creating a Ticket for Cybrancee Support

1. Log into your Cybrancee client area

2. Click on the “Tickets” option

3. Click on “Submit Ticket”

4. Select the department you wish to create a ticket for

5. Select the service the ticket relates to

6. Select the urgency of the ticket

7. Fill in the subject line of the ticket and also the description.

An example ticket has been created below:

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter in the captcha and press “Submit”
