How to Easily Share Pterodactyl Error Logs With Our AI Instant Support Bot

1. Log into your Pterodactyl panel and open the server you wish to debug. In this example, we’ll be using a Minecraft server.

2. Go to the Console tab

3. Find the error tracae you want to debug, and copy it

4. Go to https://paste.cybrancee.com and paste the copied error messages into the page. Press the save button.

5. On Discord, locate our AI Instant Support channel and paste in the link generated from our site. (remove any extensions from the URL – these are automatically generated and can confuse the AI bot)
