How to Renew a Salad Bought Service

When you purchase a service via the Salad marketplace, you will need to renew the service using another Salad code obtained from their marketplace. This is so you can continue using your Salad balance to fund renewals on Cybrancee.

1. Log into your Cybrancee client area

2. Click on the “Tickets” option

3. Click on “Submit Ticket”

4. Scroll down and select the “Renewals” department

5. Select the Salad service that the renewal is for and then provide in the ticket body the code obtained from Salad.

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter in the captcha and press “Submit”
