How to Enable or Disable Player Name Tags on Your Euro Truck Simulator 2 Server

Note:

You can control whether player name tags appear above trucks on your Euro Truck Simulator 2 server through the server settings.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Open the server_config.sii File

Navigate to: .local/share/Euro Truck Simulator 2/

Then open: server_config.sii

4. Find the name_tags Setting

5. Choose Your Preferred Name Tag Mode

Enable Player Name Tags

Shows player names above each truck.

name_tags: true

Disable Player Name Tags

Hides player names for a cleaner UI or more immersive gameplay.

name_tags: false

6. Save and Restart Your Server
