How to Configure Automatic Restarts on Your Project Zomboid Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Select the ‘Schedules’ Tab

3. Create a Schedule

If you don’t know how to create schedules, you can view our How to Configure Schedules in Pterodactyl article.


4. Edit the Schedule

Steps to edit the automatic restart schedule in Project Zomboid

4.1. Enter the Schedule Name

Since we want to configure automatic restarts, you can enter the name ‘Automatic Restarts’.


4.2. Select the ‘Easy-Mode’ Button

This option will allow you to configure time intervals more easily.


4.3. Enter the Time Interval at Which the Restarts Will Occur

It is recommended for an average Project Zomboid server to have restarts every 6 hours. You can set this interval in the ‘Interval (every)’ section.


4.4. Make Sure the ‘Schedule Enabled’ Option Is Checked

Then, save changes.
