How to Make Your V Rising Server Public or Private Via Startup

Note:

There are mainly 2 ways to make your server public: first, by removing your password; and second, by editing the Game’s “ServerHostSettings.JSON” file and changing the “listonsteam” & “listonEOS” values to true. Here, we will focus on the first method.

1. Log in to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Startup’ Tab

Scroll down the Sidebar until you find the Startup Tab.

4. Locate the ‘Server Password’ Tab

You may have already changed and set a stronger password, but to make it public, you will need to remove it.

5. Modify the Password in the ‘Server Password’ Tab accordingly

“PUBLIC”

OR

“PRIVATE SERVER”

6. Restart Your Server and Game
