How To Enable the Economy System and Trading Stations on Your Space Engineers Server

Note:

If you are enabling the economy on an already existing server save, you might need to travel to new, unexplored areas of space or planets for the new trading stations to spawn.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Select the ‘config’ Folder

4. Select the ‘Saves’ Folder

---

5. Select the ‘World’ Folder

---

6. Inside the ‘World’ Folder, Select the ‘Sandbox_config.sbc‘ File

7. Enable the Economy Setting

Scroll through the document until you find the Economy line. By default, it will look exactly like this:

<EnableEconomy>false</EnableEconomy>

Simply delete the word false and replace it with true so it looks like this:

<EnableEconomy>true</EnableEconomy>

8. Save the Changes

---

9. Restart Your Server
