How To Enable/Disable Sprinting and Sliding on Your Insurgency Sandstorm Server

Note:

Before editing, make sure your server is offline so your changes aren’t overwritten. If your Game.ini is empty, you must include the Section Header (the text in brackets) for the commands to work.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘Game.ini’ file

Navigate to:

Insurgency/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

Configuration Element	Exact Code	Notes
Header Section	[/Script/Insurgency.INSGameMode]	Ensure this is at the top of the block. Do not duplicate if it already exists.
Command Line (Sprint)	bAllowSprint=False	Place directly under the header. Change to True to enable sprinting, or False to disable it.
Command Line (Slide)	bAllowSlide=False	Place directly under the header. Change to True to enable sliding, or False to disable it.
