How to Configure Server Side Characters in Terraria TShock

Note: Server Side Characters is an essential security feature in TShock that forces all player profiles, health, mana, and inventory items to be stored directly in the server database rather than local client files. Enabling this feature prevents players from importing hacked items or modified weapons into your multiplayer server.
