How to Request a Server Location Change on Cybrancee

1. Locate Your Server Identifier

Log in to the Cybrancee Panel. Then, select the server you want to move on your panel dashboard. Make sure to copy its server ID and make note of the server’s name. Also, be sure to create a backup, and keep in mind your server IP and possibly your port will change.

2. Navigate to the Game Hosting Ticket Form

Navigate to the Cybrancee Client Area and log in to your account. Then, navigate to the Game Hosting Support ticket form or the Discord Bot Hosting ticket form. Make sure your ticket category is set to ‘Game Hosting Support’ or ‘Discord Bot Hosting Support’.

3. Select the Correct Related Product

Select the correct server you want to move in the ‘Related Product’ field.

4. Enter a Subject and Detailed Message

Enter Server Location Change Request in the ‘Subject’ box. Then, in your message, include your preferred server location and express any questions or concerns you have. An example message is shown below. Our server locations are Europe (North/Central), USA (East/West), Canada (East), Australia (East), Singapore, and South America.

Hey Cybrancee Team,

I would like to request a server location change for my Minecraft server.

If my server could be moved to the USA (East) location, that would be perfect.

I understand that my server IP will change, and I have created a backup.

5. Complete the Additional Information

Now, scroll down to the ‘Additional Information’ section. Read and confirm all the options in the section. Be sure to read and agree to the ‘Data Processing Consent’ in whole, and that you understand that Cybrancee collects and processes certain information that can be used to identify you, and our support representatives in the United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, the Philippines, Venezuela, and India may access your ticket to assist you.

7. Review and Send the Request

Verify that the ‘Related Product’ field is correct, that you have stated the requested destination, that you have checked all the confirmations, and then select ‘Send Message’. You should receive an email confirming your ticket has been created. We aim to reply to all tickets as soon as possible, and keep in mind that replying to your ticket may move it to the back of the queue.
