How to Disable Castle Decay on Your V Rising Server

1. Log in to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

Scroll down the Sidebar until you find the Files Tab. Proceed to open it.

4. Locate the ‘VRisingServer_Data’ file

Proceed to open it.

5. Locate the ‘StreamingAssets’ file

Proceed to open it.

6. Locate the ‘Settings’ file

Proceed to open it.

7. Locate the ‘ServerGameSettings.json’ file

Proceed to open it.

It should look like this:

8. Locate the Phrases Highlighted Below in the ‘ServerGameSettings.json’ File

9. Replace the Values of the Highlighted Phrases Below Accordingly

“GREATER DECAY”: increase the value from 1.0 .

OR

“LOWER DECAY”: Decrease the value from 1.0 .

OR

“NO DECAY”: Decrease the value to 0.0 .

Please refer to the note given above to understand what effect increasing or decreasing the value of “CastleDecayRateModifier” has on the durability of a castle in the game.


10. Save the Newly Made Changes

Use the highlighted button to do so.

11. Restart Your Server and Game
