How to Change the Global Platform Saddles Limit on Your ARK: Survival Evolved Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Navigate to:

/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer

5. Edit the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside GameUserSettings.ini file

6. Understanding the Configuration

This setting acts as a global server cap for how many platform saddles with structures can exist at the same time.

250 (Default): Balances the number of mobile bases with overall server performance.

1000: Accommodates larger populations wanting mobile bases, but increases the risk of server lag when multiple platforms render at once.
