How To Adjust Sprinting Stamina Cost on Your Conan Exiles Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Select the ‘Saved’ Folder

6. Select the ‘WindowsServer’ Folder

7. Select the ‘ServerSettings.ini‘ File

8. Adjust Sprinting Stamina Costs

Look for the line PlayerStaminaCostSprintMultiplier=1.0. Change the number to match your preferred stamina rules.


Note: If this line does not exist, simply create a new line directly underneath the [ServerSettings] header and type it in exactly as shown above, followed by your chosen number.ader.

9. Understand the Multiplier Logic

This setting acts as a multiplier for how much stamina is drained while a player is sprinting. A LOWER number means sprinting costs less stamina.

1.0 (Default): Standard sprinting stamina cost.

0.5: Halves the stamina cost, allowing players to sprint twice as far before getting tired.

2.0: Doubles the stamina cost, making sprinting drain the stamina bar very quickly.
