How To Configure Custom Gravity Settings on Your CS2 Server

Note:

By default, the game’s gravity is set to 800.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘server.cfg’ File

Navigate to:

game/csgo/cfg/

5. Edit the file

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside server.cfg

Console Command	Value	Effect Description	Best Used For
sv_gravity 0	0	Zero Gravity – Total weightlessness; players will float indefinitely after jumping.	Cinematic screenshots or breaking the map boundaries.
sv_gravity 200	200	Moon Gravity – Extreme low gravity; very slow descents and massive jump heights.	Custom game modes and exploring high ledges.
sv_gravity 400	400	Half Gravity – Noticeably floaty jumping mechanics.	“Scoutzknivez” game modes or parkour/surf style maps.
sv_gravity 800	800	Default Gravity – The standard, competitive Counter-Strike experience.	Normal gameplay and reverting custom settings.
sv_gravity 1000	1000	High Gravity – Heavier movement; jump height is slightly reduced and fall damage increases.	Restricting movement in tactical training environments.
sv_gravity 2000	2000	Extreme Gravity – Extreme weight; jumping is nearly impossible and any fall is likely lethal.	“Grounded” game modes where players cannot jump.
