How To Enable/Disable Auto Team Balance on Your Insurgency Sandstorm Server

Note:

Before editing, make sure your server is offline so your changes aren’t overwritten. If your Game.ini is empty, you must include the Section Header (the text in brackets) for the commands to work.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘Game.ini’ file

Navigate to:

Insurgency/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

Parameter	Description	Recommended Value
bAutoTeamBalance	Toggles the automatic balancing of teams (True/False).	True
TeamInbalanceTolerance	The player count difference allowed before balancing occurs.	1
TeamBalanceWaitTime	Seconds to wait before moving a player to the other team.	60
bExploitableTeamSwapping	Allows or restricts players from manually switching to the winning team.	False
