How To Add an Admin to Your Sons Of The Forest Server

Note:

You need the player’s SteamID64 to add them as admin. Check our guide How to Find a User’s SteamID for instructions on obtaining it.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Open the ownerswhitelist.txt File

Navigate to: home/container/serverconfig/

Then open: ownerswhitelist.txt

4. Add the Admin SteamID

Add a new line with the SteamID’s. One per line:

5. Restart the Server
