How To Set Up End-of-Match Map Voting on Your Insurgency Sandstorm Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘Game.ini’ file

Navigate to:

Insurgency/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

Instead of the server automatically loading the next map on the list, it pauses at the end of the match and brings up an interactive UI so the lobby can vote on the next scenario.
  • In your panel’s file manager, go to Insurgency/Config/Server/.
  • Ensure your MapCycle.txt file is populated with the scenarios you want to be playable. The map voting screen pulls its choices directly from this list.

6. Restart Your Server
