How To Install and Configure Plant Everything on Your Valheim Server

Note:

Plant Everything requires installation on both the server and player clients. The server manages growth timers and custom yields, while the client enables the expanded building options on the Cultivator tool. By default, LockConfiguration = true forces client machines to synchronize with the server’s configuration.

1. Download the Plant Everything Mod

3. Log In to Your Panel

4. Select the ‘Switch Loader’ Tab

5. Ensure That the Server Is Running on Valheim BepINex Loader

6. Select the ‘File’ Tab

---

7. Select the ‘BepInEx’ Folder

---

8. Select the ‘Plugin’ Folder

---

9. Upload the Plant Everything Mod

---

10. Restart Your Server

11. Head to the BepInEx Folder and Select the ‘Config’ Folder

12. If the Mod Was Installed Properly, You Should See a File Named ‘advize.PlantEverything.cfg’

13. Configure Biome and Placement Rules

Under the [Difficulty] section, adjust how and where plants can be placed:

Setting Key	Recommended	Description
EnforceBiomesVanilla	false	Allows vanilla crops (Barley/Flax) to grow in any biome.
RequireCultivation	false	When false, berry bushes and mushrooms can be placed on natural grass.
PlaceAnywhere	false	Set true to allow placing flora on wood/stone structures (creative builds).
EnemiesTargetPieces	false	When false, prevents aggressive mobs from attacking player crops.

14. Configure Crop Growth Times and Yields

Under the [Crops] section, adjust crop growth speeds and harvest yields:

Setting Key	Recommended	Description
EnableCropOverrides	true	Required. Enables custom settings in the [Crops] section.
CropGrowTimeMin	1200	Minimum growth duration in seconds (vanilla is ~66 minutes).
CropGrowTimeMax	1800	Maximum growth duration in seconds (vanilla is ~83 minutes).
CropGrowRadius	0.3 to 0.5	Minimum spacing clearance required between planted crops.
CropsRequireSunlight	false	Allows crops to grow indoors or inside greenhouses.
BarleyReturn	2 – 4	Amount of Barley harvested per mature plant.

15. Configure Berry, Mushroom, and Tree Timers

Adjust respawn intervals and growth timers across other flora categories:
