How To Set AI Bot Limits on Your Insurgency Sandstorm Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘Game.ini’ file

Navigate to:

Insurgency/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

(For PvE/Co-op)
FriendlyBotQuota=6Adds AI Teammates (Co-op): In Co-op modes, this fills your team with friendly AI bots up to the specified number. If you set this to 6, and you are playing solo, the server will spawn 5 AI teammates to help you. As real players join, the AI bots will automatically be replaced.

FriendlyBotQuota=10
Fills Empty PvP Servers: This is used to keep PvP game modes active even when the server is empty. bAutoAssignBots allows the server to distribute AI across both teams to keep matches balanced, while FriendlyBotQuota dictating how many slots per team should be populated by either real players or bots.
