How To Install and Configure EvenBetterMiniMap on Your Schedule 1 Server

Note:

In vanilla Schedule 1, players must repeatedly check their in-game smartphone to navigate city streets, locate delivery drop-offs, and track property holdings. Installing the BetterMiniMap (EvenBetterMiniMap) mod via MelonLoader adds a persistent heads-up display (HUD) radar with live GPS tracking, POI markers, and customizable keybinds. Because Schedule 1 dedicated servers manage player positions and world entities through FishNet, installing and synchronizing BetterMiniMap ensures POI trackers and map coordinates remain aligned across all connected clients.

15. How to use BetterMiniMap in-game

View the Minimap

Launch your Schedule 1 client and Connect to your dedicated server. The radar will automatically render in the configured screen corner (e.g., Top Right).

Open the Live Customization Menu

1. Press F3 (or your configured toggleKey) to open the on-screen configuration overlay.

2. Adjust scale levels, reposition anchor presets, or toggle POI icons directly from the UI without closing the game.

Cycle Zoom Distances

Press Z (or your configured zoomKey) while on foot or driving to cycle between close-quarters alley navigation and wide-area district overviews.

Track Mission Objectives

View live blips for owned vehicles, delivery contracts, and property entrances directly on your HUD without opening the smartphone menu.
