How to Enable the Server Crosshair on Your ARK: Survival Evolved Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Navigate to:

ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer

5. Edit the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside GameUserSettings.ini file

Because this is a boolean setting, it strictly toggles the on-screen reticle on or off.

false (Default): Disables the crosshair, requiring players to rely on iron sights and guesswork.

true: Enables a green center-screen crosshair, making aiming and building significantly easier.
