How To Fix Rubberbanding on Your Insurgency Sandstorm Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘Game.ini’ file

Navigate to:

Insurgency/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

bMovementTimeDiscrepancyDetection=falseDisables the Watchdog: Turns off the server’s ability to actively monitor players for time manipulation (speed-hacking or heavy lag-switching).
bMovementTimeDiscrepancyResolution=falseDisables the Punishment: Stops the server from taking action. Even if the server suspects a time discrepancy, this command prevents it from rubberbanding the player back to their previous position.
