How to Install and Configure the Schedule I FPS Boost Mod in Your Schedule 1 Server

1. Download the Schedule I FPS Boost Mod

Downloading the Schedule I FPS Boost mod via manual download from the Files tab on Nexus Mods

2. Extract the Mod Assembly

Extracting the downloaded ScheduleIFpsBoostRW zip archive using WinRAR in Windows File Explorer

3. Log In to Your Panel

4. Select the ‘File’ Tab

Cybrancee Panel navigation menu with the Files tab highlighted

5. Select the ‘Mods’ Folder

Cybrancee Panel File Manager showing the Mods folder highlighted in the root directory

6. Upload the Mod Manager – Phone App Mod

Uploading ScheduleIFpsBoostRW.dll into the server Mods directory using the control panel file manager

7. Restart Your Server

8. Select the ‘UserData’ Folder

Cybrancee Panel File Manager root directory with the UserData folder highlighted

9. Select the “ScheduleIFpsBoost.cfg” File

Selecting the ScheduleIFpsBoost.cfg configuration file inside the UserData directory in the server file manager

10. Configure Settings in ‘ScheduleIFpsBoost.cfg’

Setting KeyRecommended SettingFunction
RenderScale0.75 – 0.90Internal 3D resolution scale multiplier. Lower values render the game at a lower base resolution before upscaling.
UpscalingEnabledtrueEnables FSR / spatial upscaling to reconstruct high-fidelity output from a lower RenderScale.
DynamicShadowsfalse (Low-End)Renders dynamic real-time shadows. Disabling provides a massive frame rate boost.
LodBias0.7 – 1.0Level of Detail multiplier. Lower values switch distant objects to lower-poly models sooner.
DrawDistance150.0 – 200.0Maximum world render distance in meters. Decreasing reduces geometry load across city streets.
ShaderQuality2 – 3Shader complexity level. Lower values simplify lighting calculations.
BloomfalseToggles the post-processing glow effect on bright lights and street lamps.
DepthOfFieldfalseToggles cinematic camera background blur. Keep disabled for maximum performance.
VignettefalseToggles darkening around screen edges. Disabling saves GPU post-processing cycles.
NpcLimitRadius40.0 – 50.0Distance (in meters) around the player where pedestrian NPCs are animated and simulated.
VehicleLimitRadius40.0 – 50.0Distance (in meters) around the player where ambient traffic is rendered and simulated.
RemoveOceanfalseWhen true, disables the ocean water plane and water shaders entirely for extreme performance gains.
RemoveTreesfalseWhen true, disables tree models and decorative foliage geometry across the map.

13. How Graphics Optimization and Upscaling Work In-Game

FSR Spatial Upscaling: Setting RenderScale to 0.80 renders 3D geometry at 80% resolution, while UpscalingEnabled = true sharpens the image back to your native monitor resolution—recovering up to 20–40% GPU overhead with minimal blur.

Entity & Simulation Culling: Lowering NpcLimitRadius and VehicleLimitRadius from 75.0m to 45.0m stops the engine from computing AI paths and high-poly models for distant citizens that you cannot see.

Post-Processing Bypass: Disabling Bloom, Vignette, and DepthOfField removes full-screen render passes, reducing frame time spikes during rapid camera movements.

Low-End Stripping (RemoveTrees / RemoveOcean): For severely constrained systems or integrated graphics, disabling background water planes and foliage frees up critical VRAM and draw calls.
