How to Change the XP Multiplier on Your ARK: Survival Evolved Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Navigate to:

/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer

5. Edit the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside GameUserSettings.ini file

XP MultiplierXPMultiplier=1.5Place directly under the header. Multiplies all experience gained. 1.0 is default, 1.5 grants a 50% boost, and 2.0 doubles the gain.

6. Understanding the Configuration

Because this acts as a direct multiplier, you must RAISE the number to level up faster.

1.0 (Default): Standard Official experience gain rates.

5.0: Grants 5x the normal experience for crafting, hunting, and passive survival, drastically speeding up the leveling process.


7. Save the Changes
