How To Configure Player Join Grace Time on Your CS2 Server

Note:

You can apply mp_join_grace_time 15 instantly via the server console or RCON without a restart. While 15 seconds is great for keeping casual servers active, ensure it fits your total round length. For strict competitive matches, always set this to 0 to prevent unfair late spawns!

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘server.cfg’ File

Navigate to:

game/csgo/cfg/

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside server.cfg
