How to Install and Configure Property Renovations on Your Schedule 1 Server

Note:

Installing the Property Renovations mod enables players to customize room layouts, increase storage capacities, and upgrade interior utilities in owned properties across Schedule 1. Server administrators can customize upgrade costs, renovation tiers, and construction speeds via UserData/PropertyRenovations.cfg to balance the in-game economy and progression pacing.

1. Download the Property Renovations Mod

3. Log In to Your Panel

4. Select the ‘File’ Tab

5. Select the ‘Mods’ Folder

---

6. Upload the Property Renovations Mod

7. Restart Your Server

8. Select the ‘UserData’ Folder

9. Select the “MelonPreferences.cfg” File

10. Configure Property Renovation Settings

Locate the [PropertyRenovations] header in MelonPreferences.cfg. Set values to true to remove the object, or false to keep the default fixture:

HideDocksStairs	true	Removes the stairs and interior fencing inside the Docks Warehouse.
HideDocksSupportBeams	true	Removes structural support pillars throughout the Docks Warehouse.
HideDocksInnerWall	true	Removes the internal partition wall inside the Docks Warehouse to merge rooms.
HideSweatshopSink	true	Hides the standalone sink inside the Sweatshop property.
HideBungalowKitchen	true	Removes the default built-in kitchen cabinets and bench in the Bungalow.
HideStorageUnitTap	true	Hides the water tap fixture inside the Storage Unit.
HideSewerOfficeTap	true	Hides the water tap fixture inside the Sewer Office.
HideManorSinkUpstairsRight	true	Hides the standalone sink in Manor Room 1 (Upstairs Right).
HideManorSinkUpstairsLeft	true	Hides the standalone sink in Manor Room 2 (Upstairs Left).
