How to Export Your Modpack to Curseforge

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Navigate to the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Open Your ‘plugins’ Folder

Go to the ‘Files’ tab and double-click on the ‘plugins’ folder. On some servers, this folder might be named ‘mods’ instead of ‘plugins’.

4. Archive Your Mods

Now, click the checkbox to select the entire folder, then click the archive button.

5. Download the Archive

Once the server generates the archived file, right-click it and select ‘Download’. The archived file is the one ending in ‘.tar.gz’.

6. Convert Your File to the Zip Format

Once you have downloaded your file, please convert it to a zip format since CurseForge only accepts zip files for modpacks. Also, make sure to rename your file to something memorable. For your convenience, we recommend using this website: TAR.GZ to ZIP Converter

7. Create a New CurseForge Project

Finally, log in to CurseForge and complete all required project information fields. Upload your .zip file, and once it is approved, your project will become public!
