How to Install NTeleportation Plugin on Your Rust Server

1. Download the Plugin

Download the “NTeleportation” plugin from the Umod official website.


2. Log In to Your Panel


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Locate the ‘plugins’ Folder

You can find the folder in  /home/container/oxide/plugins.

5. Upload Your Plugin

Upload the ‘NTeleportation’ .cs file you downloaded in Step 1.

After uploading, you should see the .cs file in the folder.

6. Restart Your Server

7. Assigning Permissions

NTeleportation requires the nteleportation.home permission for basic functionality. This gives you full control over who can use teleport commands.

To grant a permission, run the following command in your server console. Replace <steamID> with the player’s SteamID and <permission> with the permission you want to assign. Use the guide How to Find a User’s SteamID to get the correct ID.

o.grant <user or group> <steamID> <permission>

Admin Permissions:

  • nteleportation.tp → /tp Do NOT give this permission to default players—it can break balance.
  • nteleportation.admin → Full access to /home tp, /tphome.
  • nteleportation.tpconsole → Teleport via console to players or positions.
  • nteleportation.tpsave → Save custom locations.
  • nteleportation.wipehomes → Remove all player homes.

Admin Console Commands
Admins can run commands in the server console:

  • teleport.topos <x> <y> <z> → Teleport to coordinates.
  • teleport.toplayer <player> → Teleport to a player.
  • teleport.importhomes → Import homes from other plugins.
  • tpl → List saved locations.
  • tpsave <name> → Save current position.
  • tpremove <name> → Delete a saved location.
  • tpb → Teleport back.
  • home wipe → Delete all homes.
  • home tp <player> <name> → Teleport to a player’s home.

Common player permissions:

  • nteleportation.home → Allows /home and /sethome.
  • nteleportation.tpr → Allows teleport requests /tpr.
  • nteleportation.tptown → Allows teleport to Town.
  • nteleportation.tpoutpost → Allows teleport to Outpost.
  • nteleportation.tpbandit → Allows teleport to Bandit Camp.

8. NTeleportation Quick Guide

NTeleportation is a Rust plugin that allows players to teleport easily across the map.
Players can set homes, teleport to saved spots, send requests to friends, or teleport to special areas like Outpost and Bandit Camp.

Admins have extra commands to manage player homes, locations, and permissions.

Useful Admin Commands

  • /tp PLAYER – Teleport to a player.
  • /tp PLAYER1 PLAYER2 – Teleport one player to another.
  • /tpl – Show a list of saved teleport locations.
  • /tpsave NAME – Save your current location as a teleport point.
  • /tpremove NAME – Remove a saved teleport location.
  • /home tp PLAYER NAME – Teleport to one of a player’s homes.
  • /home delete PLAYER NAME – Delete a player’s home.
  • /wipehomes – Remove all homes on the server.
  • /town set – Save the current location as Town.
  • /outpost set – Save the current location as Outpost.
  • /bandit set – Save the current location as Bandit Camp.

Basic Player Commands

  • /sethome NAME – Save your current position as a home.
  • /home NAME – Teleport to your saved home.
  • /listhomes – Show all saved homes.
  • /removehome NAME – Delete a saved home.
  • /tpr PLAYER – Send a teleport request to another player.
  • /tpa – Accept an incoming teleport request.
  • /tpc – Cancel a teleport or request.
  • /outpost – Teleport to Outpost.
  • /bandit – Teleport to Bandit Camp.
  • /town – Teleport to the Town location (if set by admin).

Note: Teleportation can be interrupted by:
– Environmental factors (hot, cold, underwater).
– Combat (taking damage).
– Monuments or blocked areas (if enabled in config).
