How to Add “Headshots Only”(Versus) Mode To Your Left 4 Dead 2 Server

Important!

You must have SourceMod and MetaMod installed on your server before following this guide. If you do not have them yet, check out our guides on installing them first.

1. Download a Damage Control Plugin

2. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘left4dead2’ Folder

6. Select the ‘plugins’ Folder

7. Upload the Damage Control Plugin Into the ‘plugins’ Folder

8. Restart Your Server

4. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

5. Select the ‘left4dead2’ Folder

6. Select the ‘cfg’ Folder

7. Select the ‘server.cfg‘ File

8. Add the Headshot Command to Your Config

Scroll to the very bottom and add this exact line:

l4d_damage_head_only 1
