How To Adjust Health Regeneration Speeds on Your Palworld Server

Note:

The “Sleep” settings (InSleep) provide a massive multiplier to healing. If you set these too high, a single second of sleep or a moment in the Palbox will fully restore a Pal’s health, which can trivialize the need for medical supplies or high-tier beds.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘PalWorldSettings.ini’ File

Navigate to:

Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

5. Adjust Health Regeneration Rates

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Search for :

PlayerAutoHPRegeneRate : Speed at which the player heals while standing still.

PlayerAutoHpRegeneRateInSleep : Speed at which the player heals while sleeping in a bed.

PalAutoHPRegeneRate : Speed at which Pals heal while active or in your party.

PalAutoHpRegeneRateInSleep : Speed at which Pals heal while resting in the Palbox.

Setting Value	Regen Speed	Description
0.000000	None	Hardcore mode; HP will not recover automatically.
1.000000	Default	The standard Palworld healing experience.
2.000000	Fast	Great for casual servers; reduces downtime between fights.
5.000000+	Instant-ish	Players and Pals will recover full health in seconds.
