How To Adjust Player Stamina on Your Palworld Server

Note:

If your players are constantly running out of breath while climbing, sprinting, or—crucially—flying and riding Pals, you need to adjust the PlayerStaminaDecreaceRate. In Palworld, the stamina used while mounted is actually tied to the player’s stamina setting, so lowering this value makes both you and your mounts much more athletic.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘PalWorldSettings.ini’ File

Navigate to:

Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

5. Find the Variable

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Search for PlayerStaminaDecreaceRate

Setting Value	Stamina Performance	Effect
0.1	Infinite-ish	Stamina drains at 10% speed. You can fly across the map almost without stopping.
0.5	Athletic	Stamina lasts twice as long. A great balance for exploration-heavy servers.
1.0	Default	Standard stamina drain.
2.0	Fatigued	Stamina drains twice as fast. Only for the most hardcore survivalists.
