How To Change Pal Hunger Rates on Your Palworld Server

Note:

If your Pals are constantly slacking off to eat or if your food supplies are vanishing too quickly, you need to adjust the PalStomachDecreaceRate. This setting functions exactly like the player version but specifically targets every Pal on your server, whether they are in your party or working at your base.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘PalWorldSettings.ini’ File

Navigate to:

Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

5. Locate the Variable

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Search for PalStomachDecreaceRate

Setting Value	Maintenance Level	Effect
0.1 – 0.5	Efficient	Pals rarely need to eat. Ideal for massive automated factories.
1.0	Default	Standard hunger drain. Requires a steady farm setup.
2.0+	High Maintenance	Pals get hungry very fast. Only recommended if you have a massive surplus of high-tier food.
