How To Change the Game Mode to Hardcore on Your Minecraft Server

1. Download Your Minecraft World

2. Open NBTExplorer

If you don’t have NBTExplorer on your PC, you can download it here.

3. Select the ‘File Explorer’ Button

3.1. Select the Minecraft World You Downloaded

3.2. Open the ‘level.dat’ File

4. Expand the ‘Data: Entries’ Folder

5. Double-Click on the ‘Hardcore’ Option

5.1. Enter the Number 1 in the Text Field

Boolean value true (1) in the hardcore option - NBTExplorer

Then, select the ‘Ok’ button.


6. Save the Changes
