How To Change the Spawn Rates on Your Palworld Server

Note:

If you find the world feels a bit empty or you want to increase the intensity of your hunting, adjusting the spawn rates is the most direct way to populate your Palworld server. By modifying the PalSpawnNumRate, you can control exactly how many Pals appear across the map.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘PalWorldSettings.ini’ File

Navigate to:

Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

5. Modify the Spawn Rate Settings

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Setting Name	Recommended Value	Effect
PalSpawnNumRate	1.0	Default. Balanced for standard hardware and gameplay.
PalSpawnNumRate	0.5	Sparse. Fewer Pals; significantly improves server performance.
PalSpawnNumRate	2.0	Dense. Twice as many Pals; great for high-end servers but can be chaotic.
