How to Change the Timezone on Your Euro Truck Simulator 2 Server

Note:

You can adjust your Euro Truck Simulator 2 server’s timezone through the server settings. This determines how timestamps appear in logs and some multiplayer-related events

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Open the server_config.sii File

Navigate to: .local/share/Euro Truck Simulator 2/

Then open: server_config.sii

4. Find the timezones Setting

5. Set Your Preferred Timezone

Use a number from this range:

Examples:

  • timezones: -3 → Chile (CLT)
  • timezones: 1 → Central Europe (CET)
  • timezones: -5 → US Eastern (EST)

Change the number to match your desired timezone.

6. Save and Restart Your Server
