How To Configure Day/Night Cycle Speed on Your SCUM Server

Note:

The TimeOfDaySpeed setting controls how fast in-game time progresses. The default value of 3.84 means 1 real minute equals approximately 1 in-game hour. Adjust this value to speed up or slow down your day/night cycle.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Open the ServerSettings.ini File

Navigate to: /SCUM/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/

Then open: ServerSettings.ini

4. Update the Day/Night Cycle Settings

Modify the following lines:

scum.StartTimeOfDay=08:00:00

scum.TimeOfDaySpeed=3.840000

scum.SunriseTime=06:00:00

scum.SunsetTime=21:00:00

Use TimeOfDaySpeed to control cycle speed. Higher values make days/nights pass faster, lower values make them longer. For example, a value of 1.0 makes time progress slower, while 7.68 makes it twice as fast.
