How To Reset a Player’s Data on Your Minecraft Server

Note:

When a player’s inventory is blocked or they were in a buggy location on the map, they may not be able to re-enter the server or even force the server to crash.

In this article, we will explain how to reset a player’s data, which will allow the user to re-enter the server without needing a complete reset that could affect the entire server world progress.

1. Go to NameMC

This value will allow you to identify the user within your server’s files.

2. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Locate the ‘Playerdata’ Folder

You can find the folder in /home/container/world/playerdata.

4.1. Delete the File With the UUID Name You Copied

You can right-click on the file and then select the ‘Delete’ button.
