How To Set Up Automated Broadcast Messages on Your Minecraft Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Select the ‘Shedules’ Tab

3. Create a New Schedule

Selecting the 'Create Schedule' button in the top right corner of the Schedules management page.

4. Set the Timer

You will see a screen asking for the schedule details.

Name: Enter the name of the schedule.

Easy Mode: Ensure the toggle at the top right is set to Easy.

Time: Click the dropdown menu and select whichever interval you prefer.

Other Options: Leave the Hour, Day, Month, and Day of Week options as they are, unless you specifically want to change them.

Once selected, click the Create schedule button at the bottom.

5. Open the Schedule

Clicking the 'Manage' button on an existing schedule to edit its timing and tasks.

6. Add a New Task

Clicking the 'New Task' button within a created schedule to define the specific server action.

7. Enter Your Message

A window will pop up asking for the task details.

Action: Select Send command from the dropdown.

Payload: Type say followed by your message.

Example: say Join our Discord at discord.gg/example

Click Create Task to finish. Your message will now broadcast automatically based on the interval you selected.
