Creating a “Night-Only” Palworld Server Using WorldOption.sav

Note:

In a standard game, the sun is a welcome sight. In The Night Only World, the daytime is a fleeting rush to gather supplies before the long, cold shadows take over. While you can adjust the time in the basic configuration, using a WorldOption.sav ensures that these extreme time-flow variables are “hard-coded” into your world logic, preventing the server from defaulting back to a standard 32-minute cycle.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Open the WorldOption Generator

Apply These Settings

Setting Name	Recommended Value	Why This Matters
DayTimeSpeedRate	5.0	The sun moves 5x faster; daylight becomes a precious, rare resource.
NightTimeSpeedRate	0.1	The night moves at 10% speed; expect long, gruelling darkness.
PalSpawnNumRate	1.5	More nocturnal Pals (like Cawgnito or Katress) will roam the world.
PlayerDamageRateDefense	1.5	Being caught in the dark is more punishing; players take extra damage.

Once you have applied the above settings, feel free to add or adjust other variables—such as EXP Rates, Day/Night cycles, or PvP toggles—according to your personal preference. The WorldOption.sav method is flexible; ensure your “Worker Max” stays at your desired limit while you tweak the rest of the world to fit your community’s playstyle
