How To Change a Player’s Character on Your Don’t Starve Together Server

Note:

This requires having admin on your account. Learn How To Add an Admin to Your Don’t Starve Together Server.

1. Launch Don’t Starve Together

2. Press Tab on Your Keyboard and Note the Player ID

3. Press ‘~‘ on Your Keyboard To Open the Console

4. Enter the Command Mentioned Below

AllPlayers[ID].components.inventory:DropEverything()

Before changing characters, you must drop your items on the ground. If you don’t, your entire inventory will be deleted during the switch.

5. Enter the Command Mentioned Below To Reset the Character

c_despawn(AllPlayers[ID])

6. Player Will Now Be Prompted With the Character Selection Screen
