1. Open Project Zomboid

2. Log In to Your Server With Your Admin Account

5.1. Adjust the Hunger and Thirst Rate to the Level You Want

In the ‘Stats Decrease’ dropdown menu, you can change the speed at which the hunger, thirst, and fatigue rates decrease. You can choose between ‘Very Fast’, ‘Fast’, ‘Normal’, ‘Slow’, and ‘Very Slow’.

Then, save changes.
