How To Enable or Disable Friendly Fire on Your Palworld Server

Note:

If you enable bEnableFriendlyFire On your Palworld server, be extremely careful with large Area of Effect (AOE) Pal abilities like Lightning Bolt or Fire Blast. A single mis-timed attack from your Pal could accidentally wipe out your entire guild if they are standing too close to the target.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘PalWorldSettings.ini’ File

Navigate to:

Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

5. Edit the Friendly Fire Parameter

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Search for bEnableFriendlyFire=

Action	Setting Value	Effect
Enable	bEnableFriendlyFire=True	Players and Pals can damage guildmates/allies.
Disable	bEnableFriendlyFire=False	Players and Pals cannot damage guildmates/allies.
