7. Remover Tool Permissions

Permissions determine who can use the tool and in which mode. Run the following commands in your server console:

  • removertool.normal → Required to use normal remove.
  • removertool.admin → Required to remove any entity in admin mode.
  • removertool.all → Required to remove all entities touching each other.
  • removertool.structure → Required to remove entire buildings.
  • removertool.external → Required to remove adjacent high external walls.
  • removertool.target → Required to use remove.target console commands.
  • removertool.override → Required to override tool restrictions temporarily.

Do not grant all, structure, or external permissions to normal players without caution.

Assign a permission via server console. Replace <steamID> with the player’s SteamID and <permission> with the permission you want to assign. Use the guide How to Find a User’s SteamID to get the correct ID.

oxide.grant user <name or steamID> <permission>

8. Basic Commands In-Game

/remove [time (seconds)] → Toggle remover tool for yourself

/remove <admin | a> [time (seconds)] → Enable admin mode

/remove all [time (seconds)] → Remove everything touching each other

/remove <structure | s> [time (seconds)] → Remove an entire building (fast, but won’t remove nearby buildings).

/remove <external | e> [time (seconds)] → Remove external walls

9.4 Remover Tool Key Settings

The main settings control who can remove, how fast, and what happens after removal.

Key sections to highlight:

  • Use Teams / Clans / Friends / Entity Owners → Control who can remove entities.
  • Use Tool Cupboards (Strongly unrecommended) → Allows TC-authenticated removal.
  • Remove Button & Interval → Default key, cooldown, max objects per use.
  • Refund / Price → Optional server economy settings.
  • Entity Spawn Limit → Prevents removing entities spawned before plugin loaded.

Tip: You can tweak max removable objects and interval to balance server performance.

10. Tips for Safe Usage

Combine Entity Owners + Tool Cupboards for stricter control.

Only grant admin and all modes to trusted players.

Use the GUI (if enabled) and ImageLibrary for better visual feedback.

Adjust Remove Interval and Max Removable Objects to prevent server lag.
