Managing Palworld Server Memory: Why bEnableInvaderEnemy Might Be Lagging Your Server

Note:

If your players are reporting that the server “freezes” for 2–3 seconds and then speeds up (rubber-banding), it is likely caused by a raid spawning somewhere on the map. Disabling bEnableInvaderEnemy It is the single most effective way to maintain a “Lag-Free” environment for large community servers.

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Adjust Based on Performance:

• True (Default): Raids will occur periodically. Best for small groups (1–4 players).
• False: Disables all base raids. Highly recommended for servers with 16+ players.
