How To Automatically Clean Up Abandoned Bases on Your Palworld Server

Note:

It is highly recommended to announce your cleanup policy in your Discord or server description. If a player goes on a weekend vacation and your timer is set too low, they will return to find their base and Pals completely gone. 72 hours is generally considered the “sweet spot” for maintaining server health without punishing loyal players.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘PalWorldSettings.ini’ File

Navigate to:

Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

5. Identify the Guild Auto-Reset

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside PalWorldSettings.ini

Search for bAutoResetGuildNoOnlinePlayers and AutoResetGuildTimeNoOnlinePlayers

Cleanup Setting Reference

Setting	Value (Example)	Effect
bAutoResetGuildNoOnlinePlayers	True	The server will track and delete inactive guild data.
AutoResetGuildTimeNoOnlinePlayers	72.0	If zero members of a guild log in for 72 hours, their bases are wiped.
